COMPETITION INFORMATION

LOCATION

• Dublin Jerome High School - 8300 Hyland-Croy Road, Dublin, Ohio 43016

COVID INFORMATION

• Participants and spectators are required to follow ALL COVID-19 requirements set in place by the Dublin City Schools and county during the time of the event

COSTS

• $15 per athlete

• No crossover fee

• $150 late fee if not registered within 10 days of the competition date 

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

• After you have registered, a square invoice will be sent to the email address listed with the registration 

RULES & REGULATIONS

• We will follow the rules and divisions set by the OASSA with the exception of divisional split information.

WAIVERS & FORMS 

• Waivers and forms must be turned in upon check-in on the day of the event or emailed to JeromeCompetitions@gmail.com prior to the event

MUSIC

• The DJ highly recommends that the music be loaded and ready to play from a smartphone

• The DJ has the cables needed for an iPhone, and if you need a proprietary connection other than a 1/8” for something other than an iPhone, please provide your own

• CD’s are welcome, but it is sometimes riskier than having music on the phone

• Prior to handing off to the DJ, mute phone, turn on airplane mode and turn up the volume all the way

• A Coach will need to stand next to the DJ to inform him of when to start the music

• The DJ will be in close proximity to the performance floor

PERFORMANCE & WARM UP TIMES:

• Preliminary times will be posted 10 days prior to the competition date and are subject to change

TEAM ENTRANCE & CHECK IN

• Athletes & coaches should enter the building using door 10

• Parents/friends/families are not permitted in this area

• Athletes must check in with their coach

TEAM WARM-UPS​

• Warm-ups will take place on a full foam floor

• Athletes may leave their bags/etc. in the warm-up area at their own risk

• Parents/friends/families are not permitted in the warm-up area 

ATHLETIC TRAINER

• There will be an Athletic Trainer on site

• If your athletes need to be taped, please provide your own supplies and a note from your trainer or a doctor

UNIFORMS/EQUIPMENT

• Each team is responsible for its own equipment and clothing

• We are not responsible for any articles left unattended

SCORE SHEETS

• Coaches will be given score sheets and final tabulation sheets at the conclusion of the competition.

• ALL DECISIONS BY THE JUDGES CONCERNING SCORES & RULES INTERPRETATION ARE FINAL

AWARDS

• All teams will be presented with a  placement award
